This Halloween scene is called "Witchy Shop Ladies" and is a Laser Cut Applique Kit. It includes complete step by step detailed directions (with loads of diagrams), and ALL the fabrics for the shops, and the background, and of course the applique, which is pre-fused and laser-cut. You'll need to provide the batting and the fabrics for the borders and backing.
The shops may be made by simple cutting and piecing, OR by cutting and paper-piecing! (paper-piece patterns included in kit) Either way works! Kit is best for intermediate to advance quilters and can be made in one or two weekends.
