Terrible Customer Service

It is hard to order fabric online. As more and more stores close, that is the option for many of us. I ordered 15 yards of wide fabric to finish some quilts. the material. Even though it was not as pictured I had to pay $20 for return shipping. I did so and waited. After several weeks they only refunded me 1/2 of what I had paid. I tried to email and call for a week with no response to get the situation resolved. When I filed a dispute with Paypal I finally received a call. The representative argued with me that the amount was correct. I had to send them a copy of my statement and my receipt to prove that it was wrong. I asked for the inconvenience and lack of service that they also refund the $20 I had paid to return the 15 yards of fabric. They refused. I did finally get a refund for the 15 yards after hours of calls and emails. Many have had a good experience with them. . . I will never trust them to order fabric regardless of the price.
