The rich history of the mills of the young colonies in the New World provides the unique inspiration for Lynn Wilder's gorgeous new collection and block of the month, which we're offering here as a complete kit. The palette of slate blues and berry mixed with neutrals is reminiscent of the era, yet fits easily into today's transseasonal decorating trends. The larger blocks in the quilt are designed to resemble the gears in the mill, while some of the smaller blocks look like an old millstone quilt block pattern. Kit includes full pattern set broken out into 10 months and all the fabrics needed for the top and binding. The Gentry's Mill project finishes at 92" x 92". Tutorials will be offered by the designer to help assure success at various skill levels. We offer separately a 17-piece fat quarter pack that includes all Gentry's Mill fabrics that will match back to your project - great to have on hand in case there should be any miscuts. Backing is also available separately, 9 yards of a 44" wide or 3 yards of a 108" wide is recommended.
