The 10589 is compatible with a number of different Slice blade styles—chisels, craft blades, seam rippers—all of which feature our unique finger-friendly® edge. This means they cut effectively but are safe to the touch. This craft knife ships with a straight-edge, rounded-tip blade. As with all Slice safety blades, it is non-sparking, non-magnetic, chemically inert, and will never rust.
