Arabella - Carrie Quinn and Katie Solberg - Marcus - Block of the Month Kit
This item must be purchased separately from other items in your cart.
Mother daughter duo Carrie Quinn and Katie Solberg combine their favorite print motifs and warm color palettes to bring you the Arabella Block of the Month. Arabella is the name of the ship that their ancestors sailed from England to New England in 1630. Their ancestor, the Reverend George Phillips, led a group of English settlers up the Charles River to settle in what is now Watertown, Massachusetts, where we went on to be the founder of the Watertown Congregational Church. This project is a classic medallion style showcasing the beautiful prints in the collection. The sampler blocks feature simple units that are suitable for beginners and will still challenge and delight the more advanced quilter. Complete kit includes full pattern set broken out into 12 months and all the fabrics needed for the top and binding. Available separately, we offer a coordinating 22-piece fat quarter pack with Arabella fabrics that will be great to have on hand in case of any miscuts during construction. Backing is also available separately, 8 yards of a 44" wide or 3 yards of a 108" is recommended.
